Dear Year 3 families,
This term in year 3, children have been learning about our local history and to celebrate this we would like to invite you to join us on Wednesday 17th July to celebrate our very first 'Howley Grange Black Country Day Festival'. Children will be bring home invitations today that they have designed with all the details included. This INSPIRE session will run from 1.45 until 3pm and gates to the KS2 playground will be opened at 1.40. Please could we ask for a maximum of 2 adults per child and that younger siblings are left at home as we are unable to accommodate these numbers if we need to move the event indoors.
The INSPIRE will be an opportunity for children to showcase their work, perform some songs we have learnt and play some festival style games they have designed and made. There will also be an opportunity to sample some 'black country biscuits' that the children have baked - we hope you like them.
